CANTILEVERED DECK PROJECT
This renovation project, to preplace the rotten and structurally unsound decks of this existing home, was an opportunity to make a few much needed improvements. Extending a cantilevered deck system out over the hill seemed like the perfect solution to take advantage of the panoramic views. And then recessing the hot tub into the deck allowed for unobstructed views while relaxing in the spa.
